Next Gen Coordinator
Are you a highly organized, energetic, and ministry‑minded individual called to ministry? Reach Church in Blair, Nebraska, is looking to add a coordinator to our Next Generations team. As the Next Generations Coordinator, you will support both Kids and Youth Ministries by managing registrations, communication, volunteer scheduling, events, Sunday and Wednesday operations, and family connections. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys administrative work and serving people directly.

Facilities Support
The Facility Support person creates a welcoming environment each week by resetting our facility after Sunday services before the new week of ministry begins. This flexible, part-time contract role is perfect for someone who is dependable and detail-oriented, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in creating clean, organized spaces. You’ll help prepare key areas of the church—including restrooms, the café, the coffee bar, and the main gathering spaces—by restocking supplies, light cleaning, and resetting rooms so everything is ready for weekly ministry. With short 2–3 hour shifts on Sunday evenings or Monday mornings, this is a meaningful way to serve behind the scenes and make a big impact on every person who walks through our doors.
Special Event Set-Up
Be part of life’s most meaningful moments by serving on our Special Event Support Team, helping create welcoming, well-prepared spaces for baptisms, weddings, funerals, and more. This flexible, as-needed contract role is ideal for someone dependable and hands-on who enjoys behind-the-scenes work that makes a big impact. You’ll assist with setting up and resetting event spaces—arranging tables, chairs, and equipment—along with light cleaning, trash removal, and simple facility checks to ensure everything runs smoothly. With short 1–2 hour shifts and a variety of events, this is a great opportunity to serve in a practical way while supporting families and celebrations during some of the most important moments in our church community.

Special Event Set-Up
Play a vital role in making Sunday mornings happen by serving on our Sunday Morning Setup Team. This volunteer opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes. You’ll help prepare key environments by ensuring the outside of the church is welcoming and ready and set up tables, chairs, and ministry spaces when a quick change is needed between or after services. Your consistency and attention to detail help create a smooth, welcoming experience for every guest and attender. With a supportive team and a clear plan each week, this is a simple but powerful way to contribute to what God is doing at Reach Church.
