Here at Reach Church, under the leadership of the Holy Spirit, we are elder-governed and accountable. Our pastors and support staff give day-to-day leadership alongside tremendous volunteers, coming together to create and foster ministries designed to help people encounter Jesus and grow in their faith.
Andrew has been serving as Senior Pastor of Reach Church since 2016. He has been in vocational ministry since 1997, including 11 years in youth ministry, 3.5 years as a College & Teaching Pastor, and as a Senior Pastor since 2011. In addition to pastoring, Andrew has a breadth of experience as an itinerant speaker, author, consultant, and coach.
Along with his wife Stacy, they have 6 children and a giant Yellow Labrador Retriever they call "Baxter".
Some of Andrew's hobbies and interests include weight lifting, hunting, fishing, traveling, watching collegiate football and wrestling, coaching other pastors and leaders, and spending time with his family and friends.
Andrew is a graduate of Pacific Evangelical School of Ministry with a degree in Ministry. He is Ordained through The Evangelical Church where he serves as Director of Healthy Multiplication (church and para-church planting) of the North-Central Conference. In addition to his work at Reach Church, he continues his work with other pastors, churches, leaders, and other ministry and marketplace organizations as a consultant and executive coach.
Mark and the Zanotto family have been attending Reach Church since 2013, with Mark coming on staff in 2017.
Prior to receiving a call to vocational ministry, Mark spent 30 years in industry as an executive in Human Resources and Finance.
Mark is married to his wife, Robin, and has 3 children: Michael, Lauren (Wes), and Christopher, along with dogs Gunnar (Golden Retriever) and Gracie (Puggle). In his free-time, Mark enjoys gardening, hunting, fishing, and putzing around from project to project.
Mark is a graduate of Cal-State Sacramento where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, and is in his final year of seminary where he will graduate with a Master's degree in Ministry.
Steve (affectionately known as "Doolin") came to Reach Church in 2020 from Cheyenne, Wyoming, where he spent 13 years as a pastor at Element Church, also fostering and creating relationships state-wide for homelessness and military veteran ministries.
Steve and his wife Chaney have 5 kids and an American Bulldog, "Mollie".
Some of the activities Steve enjoys include hiking, fishing, hunting, gardening, "Jeeping", traveling, and making memories.
A graduate of Westwood College, Steve is currently pursuing his Master's of Ministry degree.
Russell along with his wife Rachel and their 2 kids moved to Blair, NE in 2020 from Bowling Green, KY. Before joining the staff at Reach Church, Russell previously served as a Youth Pastor for 5 years while in Kentucky. Shortly after moving to Nebraska, the Siemer's added onto their family with a dog ("Jasmine") and a cat that he's allergic to.
Outside of ministry, Russell enjoys lifting weights, basketball, disc golfing, playing guitar and singing, and gaming.
Russell graduated from a small town Kentucky High School and is currently working on a degree in Ministry and Theology from Central School of Ministry and is looking forward to graduating in the Spring of 2023.
Pastor Glen and his wife Joyce have 4 adult sons and 15 grandchildren, and have 3 dogs: "Taco", "Skittles", and "Buddy".
The Hudsons first arrived at Reach Church in 1998. Glen has been on staff since 2009. Prior to joining the staff, Glen worked as a Finance Manager for Sid Dillon Chevrolet and served as part of multiple ministries within the church, including many years as an Elder.
In his free-time, Glen likes to study his family genealogy as well as theatre, music, and outdoor concerts. Glen is an avid gospel vocalist and guitar player.
Glen graduated with a degree in Christian Missions from Southern Bible College in Houston, Texas.
Jennifer is married to Jim and has to adult children, Bailey and Caiden. Along with their children, the Brown's have a Goldendoodle ("Tucker") and a rescue cat ("Maicey") that they brought home with them from Reach Church's parking lot in 2007.
Jennifer has been a part of the staff at Reach since 2021, and has a collective decades worth of ministry experience as an itinerant speaker, author, and BSF (Bible Study Fellowship) leader. Prior to her transition back into vocational ministry, Jennifer served on staff at Blair High School teaching in the science department.
Aside from time with family, Jennifer looks forward to boating and being out on the water, reading, and hanging out with friends.
Jennifer graduated from University of Northern Colorado with a degree in Human Biology and Chemistry, a Master's of Science from Colorado State University, and a Master's of Arts in Education from University of Nebraska-Kearney.
Joey is husband to Alyssia, father to Jacob and Abigail (with another on the way), and pet owner to their mixed-breed Bulldog, "Bentley".
Coming to Reach in 2019 with a passion for discipleship, Joey previously served as Children's Pastor at a church in the greater-Omaha area.
Some of the things Joey enjoys is following all things "Husker", working with his hands, learning new things, being active outside, and spending time with family.
Joey is a graduate of Nebraska Christian College with an emphasis in Youth Ministry and is currently working on a Master of Ministry program with plans of finishing in 2023.
Facilities Director; LifeGroups Asst
Jen and her husband of 17 years, Jeremy, are parents to 3 teenage girls and love to host foreign exchange students as part of their family each year. Along with their family, the Sullivans enjoy 2 dogs ("Murphey" and "Liberty"), 2 cats ("Sammy" and "MingMing"), and a hamster, "Nibbles".
The Sullivans first started attending Reach Church in 2008, but it wasn't until 2015 that Jen began serving on staff.
In her free-time, Jen likes to hiking, camping, biking, walking, and anything outdoors. She also plays the piano and is learning to play the guitar, as well as photography and painting.
Jen graduated from Aims Community College with an AA. She served in the Student Government and Student Programing boards, served on the presidential search committee, founded PTK (2 year honor society) and served as a campaign manager for an international VP. Jen went on to study at Colorado State University before eventually graduating from UNC (Northern Colorado) with a BA in Fine Arts- Photography.
Reach Kids Midweek Director
Bethany is married to Carson and is mom to Jackson, Cooper, and Anna. They have a family dog, "Truffles", a black and white Labradoodle.
The Norines started attending Reach Church in 2015 where they volunteered in various ministries, with a special love for children. Bethany was excited to join the team as part of the staff in 2021.
When she isn't busy chasing kids around, Bethany loves anything musical, playing board games and cards, MMA (mixed martial arts), and looks forward to spending time each year at Hidden Acres Camp in Dayton, Iowa.
Bethany graduated Northwestern College in Orange City, IA, with her degree in Elementary Education, and minors in both Spanish and Reading.
Reach Kids Sunday Director
Shannon is married to Dane and has 3 adult children: Caitlin (Noah), Reid, and Meaghan, as well as grandson, Beau.
The Livermores have been blessed to be a part of Reach Church for more than 3 decades, with Shannon joining the staff since 2009.
Shannon enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and when she has some time for herself, curling up under a blanket on the couch with a good book.
Shannon graduated from Millard North High School before attending Metropolitan Community College where she earned a degree in Administration.
Jeanne has been married since 1985 to her husband, Tim. They have three grown children: Jenna (Sam), Joey, Brad and one grandson, Roger.
In her free time she loves to watch sports on TV and in person. A huge Husker fan and recent Tennessee Titans fan, Jeanne enjoys watching football and other sports with her family. Once upon a time, she was a decent athlete, but currently swimming laps and going for walks are much more her speed.
Jeanne and her family began attending Reach Church over 25 years ago. She considers herself blessed to have been a part of Reach Church Staff family since 2013. Before being given the opportunity to exerciser her passion for connecting with people through vocational ministry, Jeanne earned her elementary and K-12 special education degrees. While teaching middle and high school students with emotional, behavioral and learning challenges was rewarding, Jeanne finds greater fulfillment in connecting with people of all ages to offer encouragement and help them find Jesus.
Office Manager, Assistant to the Senior Pastor
Teri is married to Mike and has 3 grown children: Garrett (Jess), Cole, and Chaley (Cole). She is "Grandma" to Noah and Arliss (Garrett), and Harper and Harley (Chaley). They have a chocolate Labrador Retriever, Winston.
In her free-time, Teri loves camping with family and friends, gardening, babysitting the grandkids, and serving as part of the Steering Committee for MOPS as well as serving as a mentor to young moms.
Having been a part of Reach Church 1990, Teri was excited when she was able to join the staff in 2007 as an administrator, and considers the staff of Reach Church her extended family.
Teri is a graduate of Blair High School.

Marilyn is married to Fred and has two grown daughters, Kara (Colin), and Kiley (Ben), and one grandson, Jules.
Among Marilyn's many passions is a love of sports, especially football. Growing up she played softball, basketball, and ran track. Once upon a time, Marilyn was a nationally recognized, competitive Power-Lifter. As an adult, she played flag football in a recreation league in Denver and LOVED it! She loves the Packers, Chiefs, and Huskers.
Marilyn is a graduate of Westwood High School in Sloan, IA and attended Iowa Central College in Fort Dodge, IA before transferring to Iowa State.
Marilyn has been a part of Reach Church since 1985 and is the longest tenured staff member, having worked with us since 1994.
Assistant to the Outreach Pastor
Brooke has been married to Chris since 2000 and has three children: Zachary, Nathan, and Amelia, and a couple of rescue dogs, "Chip" and "Freedom".
Growing up in Blair, Brooke has always had a passion for our community! She continues to be involved at Blair High School with theatre and production. When she's not at home with her family or working with her staff-family, Brooke is a part of the Thespian Club as well as partnering with several community foundations.
Having attended Reach Church since 1996, Brooke has been a part of the staff since 2012 and in a variety of support roles.
When Brooke has some time to herself, she loves sewing. Brooke also enjoys spending time with friends and catching concerts with her husband.
Brooke is a proud graduate of Blair High School.
Creative Arts Director
Alyssa Allmon has been married for 3 years to her husband Luke, and they have two Australian shepherds who are their fur babies: Bear and Kai.
Alyssa started working for Reach Church in the fall of 2021. Prior to her ministry at Reach Church, she was heavily involved in Campus Ministry for Christian Student Fellowship serving on their leadership team.
In her free time, Alyssa enjoys videography, photography, reading, and hiking!
Alyssa graduated from University of Nebraska Omaha with a B.S. in Communications Studies and a minor in nonprofit management.
Ben grew up in Blair and attended University of Nebraska-Lincoln after high school. He enjoys spending his time with his daughter, Brooklyn, and hanging out with family including dogs, "Bill" and "Annabelle".
Having grown up in Reach Church, Ben joined the staff in 2020.
Some of Ben's hobbies include spending time with friends, eating lunch at El Vallarta, learning and trying new things, and all things trivia.
Tech & AV Director
Chris is married to his high school sweetheart, Brooke, and is the father of Zachary, Nathan, and Amelia. They have 2 fury-friends, "Chip" and "Freedom".
Growing up in the church, Chris joined the staff as Tech & AV Director back in 2016.
Chris enjoys cookouts, concerts, coaching sports, and "tinkering". He has enjoyed serving on several community boards and foundations over the years including Blair Little League (baseball), and The Rotary Club.
Chris was homeschooled growing up and went on to to mechanical trade work, becoming a master mechanic, while serving as a technician at Sid Dillon Chevrolet, and is currently the General Manager of Country Tire in Blair, NE.
Assistant to the Next Generations Ministries
Emily and her husband William are proud parents to their son, Jeremiah. They don't currently have any pets but would love a dog!
Some of Emily's hobbies and interests include a love of singing, being outdoors, and watching movies with her hubby.
Emily grew up in Reach Church and was excited when she was given the invitation to join the Generation's Team of our staff in 2021.
A graduate of Blair High School, Emily was blessed to travel with Young Americans after graduation as a vocalist and has been involved with singing and theatre throughout her life.
Hannah grew up in Pisgah, Iowa - a small town barely on the map. She was adopted into a family of eight and lived on a farm where they raised cattle, chickens, and farmed corn. She and her siblings were homeschooled by their mother with a big emphasis and importance placed on finding something they were passionate about and learning to do it well.
At a young age Hannah discovered that she loved music and reading. When she wasn't reading or writing a book of her own, she could be found playing cards with grandparents or out fishing with cousins.
Hannah is currently enrolled at Central School of Ministry working toward a degree in Ministry. She hopes to be able to serve in vocational ministry at the end of her residency, specifically in youth and musical worship.
Kaedon is the second-oldest of 6 kids, and is the only boy in the bunch. His parents are Andrew and Stacy Anderson and they have a family yellow lab, "Baxter".
Originally becoming a part of Reach Church as a family in 2016, Kaedon was invited to begin to explore a calling on his life to vocational ministry in 2021.
Some of Kaedon's interests include soccer, gaming, playing the drums, spending time with family and friends, and exploring different types of creative arts.
Kaedon is finishing his Senior year of high school at Abeka Christian Academy and is looking forward to playing soccer in college next fall while pursuing a degree in Communications and Ministry.
