Andrew Anderson
Senior Pastor
Andrew Anderson joined our church as Senior Pastor in 2016 and is responsible for providing spiritual oversight, wisdom, and direction for our church. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Andrew is the primary communicator for our dynamic and diverse preaching team.
Andrew and his wife, Stacy, have been married since 2002 and have 6 children. In his free-time, Andrew enjoys time with his family, sports of most kinds (watching and playing), weight lifting, music, hunting & fishing, and working with other leaders in both ministry and the marketplace as a consultant and coach.
Steve Doolin
Operations & Outreach Pastor
Steve Doolin is our Operations & Outreach Pastor, responsible for leadership, outreach, and guidance over day-to-day ministries. A part of Steve's duties include encouraging and supporting our numerous ministries and ministry leaders, both staff of Reach Church and our amazing volunteers, who make these ministries possible.
Steve is married to his wife, Chaney, and has 5 children. When Steve isn't busy with all of the ins-and-outs of his ministry life, he enjoys working in his yard, fishing, eating (Steve considers himself a "foodie"), watching football, and making memories with his family and friends.
Mark Zanotto
Adult Ministries & Finance Pastor
Mark Zanotto first joined the ministry team of Reach Church in 2017 as our Executive Pastor. Today he serves as our Adult Ministries Pastor, working to create ministries and moments for our community to encounter Christ and to grow in their faith as followers of Jesus. Mark is also responsible for management and oversight of church finances.
Mark is married to Robin and is a father to 3 adult children. He has a 30+ previous career in finance and human resources, and loves to use his experiences from the marketplace to make a difference in ministry. When Mark has free-time, he enjoys traveling, time with family, and yard work.
Glen Hudson
Care Pastor
Glen Hudson and his wife, Joyce began attending this local congregation in 1998. Over the years Glen remained active in Men's Ministry and part of the teaching team, as well as serving on the Elder Board. In 2009, Glen joined the staff as Care Pastor. He is responsible for weddings, funerals, visitation and prayer ministries, as well as Reach Church’s Stephen Ministry program.
Glen and Joyce have 4 grown sons, 15 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Glen's interests include travel, music, theater, genealogy, and spending time with family.
Jennifer Brown
Ministries Director
Jennifer Brown joined Reach Church in 2021, initially giving leadership to our discipleship ministries. Jennifer's role has evolved; today she is responsible for women's ministry and life groups, along with providing a collaborative voice to our adult ministries. She is also the Dean of Central School of Ministry, a 3-year ministry program geared toward identifying, training, and sending leaders into their ministry fields.
Jennifer and her husband, Jim, have two adult children. They love traveling, boating, entertaining, and laughing. Jennifer also loves a good book, a good Dr. Pepper, and a good walk.
Jen Sullivan
Reach Kids Midweek Director
Jen Sullivan is our Reach Kids Midweek Director and gives general oversight and leadership to our kids ministry department. She is responsible for helping our kiddos and their families encounter Jesus in ways that are true, and in ways that matter and make sense.
Jen and her husband, Jeremy, have been married for nearly 2 decades and have 3 beautiful daughters. Together, they are in incredibly active family including sports, school activities, community involvement, and more. When not busy with her ministry, Jen loves to spend time with friends and family playing, laughing, and enjoying making new memories.
Bethany Norine
Reach Kids Sunday Director
Bethany Norine is the Sunday Morning Kids Director. She started her ministry here at Reach in 2021 and is responsible for all Sunday leadership and ministry where our kiddos are concerned. In addition to Bethany's leadership on Sunday, she is a part of Reach Kids Midweek where she leads by hosting and producing Bible verse songs and videos.
Bethany and her husband Carson have 3 kids and have lived in Blair since 2010. Her family loves to play board games and card games (Spicy Uno, anyone?) and visit Hidden Acres summer camp in Dayton, Iowa. Their house is loud with singing, ukulele, piano, and the occasional melodica.
Anne Burman
Worship Director
Anne Burman is the Worship Director and joined our staff in December of 2023. She is responsible for our Sunday morning worship experience, and leading our amazing team of worship volunteers. Anne graduated from Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio with a Bachelor's degree in Worship Arts and a double-minor in Bible and Christian Ministry.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Anne enjoys being outside, hiking, reading, good coffee, crocheting, knitting, is an animal lover, and loves music!
Kaedon Anderson
Reach Youth Director
Kaedon Anderson serves as Youth Director, working with our students, grades 6 through 12. In addition to working with our youth, Kaedon is a part of our teaching team and is a regular with our worship team.
After a long and successful 15-year career in soccer, Kaedon made the decision to step away from sport in favor of his call to vocational ministry. Though no longer active as a competitor, soccer is never far from Kaedon. Today he is on the field and sidelines of multiple sports as a coach, technical director, and as a media presence. When he's not coaching, Kaedon is with his family, working out with weights, golfing, and always looking to make memories. Kaedon and his wife, Rylee, have been married since 2024.
Shannon Livermore
Connections Co-Director
Shannon Livermore has attended Reach for 30 years and worked at Reach since 2008. She is Co-Director of our Connections ministry and is responsible for helping to create a warm, welcoming enviornment, helping new and long-time attenders to connect to God, others, and the church.
Shannon and her husband, Dane, have been married since 1991 and have 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren. In her free-time, Shannon enjoys time with her family, watching movies, and reading a good book curled up under a blanket.
Jeanne Gentzler
Connections Co-Director
Jeanne has been part of the Reach Church staff family since 2013. As a Connections Co-Director, she enjoys helping people feel welcomed and part of the Reach family. She considers it a privilege to help them connect to spiritual growth opportunities and find fulfilling ways to serve the Church and community.
Jeanne has been married to her husband, Tim, for 38 years and has been blessed with the gift of three adult children. Grand-parenting their two grandsons and soon-to-be-born granddaughter bring them great joy! In her free time, Jeanne enjoys spending time with family and friends, swimming, walking, and watching sports (Go Huskers!).
Alyssa Allmon
Creative Arts & Media Director
Alyssa Allmon has been the Creative Director at Reach Church since 2021 and creates, designs, and curates the media for Reach Church. If it has something to do with photos, videos, graphics, or podcasts, she probably has a hand in it! And when she's not busy with media, Alyssa loves getting to serve as part of our worship team, using her gifts to bring praise to God.
Alyssa has been married for 5 years to her husband Luke. For fun, she enjoys photography, traveling, reading, writing, and spending time with her 2 Australian Sheppards.
Coleton Wehmeyer
Facilities Director
Coleton Wehmeyer is one of the newest staff members to Reach Church, joining our team where he gives direction and oversight to everything related to our facilities in 2023.
Coleton and his wife, Kelly, are parents to 2 young sons. In his free-time, Coleton loves to be outside working with horses, hunting, fishing, building, wood working, and hanging out with his family. A former college football player, Coleton enjoys talking sports and fun banter with friends and his co-workers.
Teri Hodson
Office Manager
Teri Hodson has attended our Reach Church for more than 3-decades and joined our staff in 2008, serving as our Office Manager. She also serves as our senior pastor's administrator. Some of the other hats Teri wears at Reach Church include overseeing the scheduling of facility events, answering phone calls, making sure all things paper are ordered and stocked throughout our church and many, many other organizational duties in the church.
Teri has been married to her husband, Mike, for 37 years; they have 3 grown children and 5 grandkids. She enjoys playing games like phase 10, bunco, farkle and skipbo to name a few. Home decor is a love and hobby. Camping is her choice of relaxation.
Marilyn Teach
Finance Manager
Marilyn Teach is our longest tenured employee, beginning her time on staff in 1994. As finance manager, she is responsible for the execution and oversight of all financial functions including accounting and banking processes, payroll and quarterly reports, maintaining a contributions database, and all financial and budget reporting.
Marilyn and her husband, Fred, have 2 adult married daughters, one 3 yr old grandson and their 2nd grand baby coming in February of 2024. In her free time she enjoys watching football (the Huskers and the Chiefs), Nebraska volleyball and spending time with her family.
Chris Boswell
A/V, Tech Director
Chris Boswell has been a part of Reach Church for nearly 3 decades, growing up in the church from his youth. Throughout his time as a volunteer and eventually as a staff member, Chris has always been involved in our technology, audio, visual, and lighting here at the church.
Chris married his high school sweetheart, Brooke. He has 3 children and 2 dogs. When not busy at the church, Chris enjoys community activities, sports, exploring new places, and spending his time with family and friends.
Ben Crumb
Janitor
Ben Crumb joined the staff family of Reach Church in 2020. Before that, he was actively involved in the church as an attendee and volunteer. Ben works closely with our facilities crew and runs point on all of our janitorial needs at the church.
Ben is father to his beautiful daughter, Brooklyn. In his spare time, Ben enjoys playing with his daughter, hanging out with his family, and watching a good movie. One of Ben's greatest joys in life is serving others - when he's not busy with work, he is often volunteering in one of the many ministries of Reach Church.
Brooke Boswell
Outreach Assistant
Brooke Boswell has been the Outreach Assistant since 2019 and is responsible for providing support and helping plan events alongside our outreach team and amazing volunteers!
Brooke and her husband, Chris, have been married since 2000 and have 3 kids. In her free-time, Brooke enjoys time with family, attending concerts and live musical theater with her husband, working with the high school drama department to costume their shows, and attending her kids activities.
Emma Schrick
Reach Kids Ministry Assistant
Emma Schrick is the Kids & Youth Admin and joined our staff in February of 2024. She assists in the organization and success of both ministries. Emma graduated from the University of South Dakota in 2022, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and a Social Media Marketing minor.
Emma grew up in Blair with her parents, three siblings, and her dog Rocky. She enjoys lifting, singing, and traveling in her free time!
